Application & Function
The Solrif dummy module is used wherever PV modules cannot or should not be installed, such as at roof edges, hipped roofs, dormers, chimneys, roof valleys or special connections. Visually, it is identical to the active Solrif modules, ensuring a harmonious overall appearance of the roof surface.

Installation & processing
- Dummy modules are supplied in standard sizes and cut to size on site
- Always cut on the reverse side (unpainted side) to avoid damaging the surface
- Water drainage beneath the dummy module must be ensured using foil in accordance with the system
- The frame and sheet metal should be connected electrically (e.g. by screwing)
- The installation and cutting recommendations of Ernst Schweizer AG apply
