The Solrif black eaves profile 23105 is the revised version of the previous eaves profile 21875 and has been used in the Solrif system since 2024.
A key advantage of the new design is the simplified installation without separate profile brackets. The profile can be screwed in place directly, reducing installation effort and eliminating the need for additional system components.
The eaves profile is mounted below the lowest profile brackets and forms the lower edge of a Solrif module array. It ensures precise alignment of the module row as well as a clean transition to the roof covering.
Manufactured from high-quality EN AW-6063 T6 aluminium, the profile combines low weight with high stability and corrosion resistance. This makes it ideal for long-term use in roof-integrated photovoltaic systems.

Installation of the Solrif eaves profile
Installation is carried out in accordance with the official Solrif installation instructions:
- Alignment: Align the eaves profile with a horizontal reference.
- Adjusting the gap: The gap to the vertical reference should be between 0 and 10 mm.
- Install further profiles: Install further eaves profiles at a spacing of approximately 3 mm.
- Adjusting the final profile: Shorten the final profile by approximately 0–10 mm relative to the rain protection sheet (BGR).
- Additional drilling: If necessary, drill an additional through-hole with a diameter of 6.4 mm.
- Continuing the installation: The profile brackets are then installed using the Solrif installation template.
