We deliver your order reliably, securely packaged and as efficiently as possible – directly to your home, warehouse or construction site.
Our standard shipping methods (DHL, UPS, DPD, GLS) are automatically calculated in the shopping basket – depending on the item’s weight, dimensions and product type. However, the actual shipping costs may vary and will be confirmed to you in the order confirmation.

Our shipping partners
We dispatch your parcels via reputable parcel services such as DHL, DPD, UPS or GLS. For larger, bulky or heavy items, we use freight forwarding services, to ensure your goods arrive safely and professionally.
How shipping costs are calculated
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping basket and at checkout.
- The calculation is based on:
- Weight
- Dimensions
- Product combination
- Delivery address
- The actual delivery charges will be stated in the order confirmation.
- The costs are calculated individually and will be communicated to you with the order confirmation. The shopping basket may therefore display “€0” – shipping is calculated separately.
Freight shipping – Special considerations
If your order is too large or heavy for standard parcel delivery, e.g.:
- PV modules
- Mounting structures
- Inverters
- Batteries & storage systems
- Palletised goods
Delivery is carried out by a haulage contractor.
What does this mean for you?
- No fixed delivery charges are shown at checkout
- Costs are calculated separately
- Scheduled delivery by the freight forwarder (notification)
Please ensure that:
- the delivery location is easily accessible
- there is a sufficiently wide access road
- where necessary, assistance with unloading is available on site
Prices & Terms of Payment
The net prices stated at the time of ordering apply, plus the applicable statutory VAT.
Packaging, transport and delivery costs are charged separately and shown in the order confirmation.
Should there be a period of more than four weeks between the conclusion of the contract and the agreed delivery date and should our procurement or delivery costs increase, we reserve the right to make a reasonable price adjustment. If the new price exceeds the originally agreed price by more than 10%, you are entitled to a written right of withdrawal.
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract and invoicing, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment shall be made in advance by bank transfer to the bank account specified in the order confirmation.
Delivery Terms
Dispatch takes place upon receipt of payment. Stated delivery dates are non-binding, unless a fixed delivery date has been agreed.
In the event of delivery delays caused by the manufacturer or upstream suppliers, we will inform you immediately. If delivery is not possible, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract.
Partial deliveries are permitted to a reasonable extent.
Transfer of risk & transport
Delivery is generally ex-warehouse. Loading and unloading are – unless otherwise agreed – not included in the contract.
In the case of sale by delivery to a place other than the place of performance, risk passes to you in accordance with Section 447 of the German Civil Code (BGB) as soon as we have handed over the goods to the forwarding agent or carrier.
This also applies to drop shipments (direct delivery from the manufacturer).
Delivery area
We deliver within Europe and to Switzerland. For deliveries outside Europe, please contact us directly.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or other charges may apply, which are to be borne separately by the customer.
For intra-Community deliveries exempt from VAT, proof of delivery must be provided within one month of delivery.
