Is there a tracking service?
To access Cargoboard’s tracking service, simply visit https://my.cargoboard.com/de/tracking. Here, you can view the status of your shipment by entering your postcode and the tracking number. You will receive the tracking number by email, and we will also be happy to provide it to you on request.
What can I do if I am not at home or at the office when the delivery arrives?
It is possible to authorise Cargoboard to leave the parcel at a designated location. If required, this additional service can be booked through us. As the recipient, you can also book this service directly with the Cargoboard service team.
Can I arrange a delivery date by phone?
Yes, with Cargoboard you can arrange a delivery date by phone. However, this service is only available if it has been booked with Cargoboard. If not, the service can also be booked retrospectively through us. This retrospective booking should be requested at least one day before delivery.
